For the past three years Ned has been running woodturning workshops. He is now continuing to do this at Barn Business park . Ned now uses his past experiences to encourage people to safely gain confidence when starting out as wood turners. He has been turning for the past 10 years and is predominantly self taught. He previously trained as a precision engineer before having a long career supporting adults with various disabilities. Ned has a lengthy history of training individuals and developing teams of support workers and managers. Children and adults (and dogs) are welcome to visit Ned's Shed and watch items being made he also has a range of stories to be told which keeps the adults still for a while.
